Membership and Directory Committee

Purpose:
  • To maximize the membership of the Association
Duties:
  • Prepare an annual membership solicitation process which is designed to maximize renewal of the membership and to attract new members.
  • Maintain the processed membership applications.
  • Work with the Treasurer to update membership information.
  • Work with the Chair of the Electronic Initiatives Committee to update the online member directory.
  • Work with the Chair of the Development Committee on advertisements for the Directory.
  • Prepare, print and distribute the annual Membership Directory.
  • Prepare a budget for annual operations and account to the Treasurer for all expenditures with necessary supporting documentation.
 

 

Membership:
  • Co-Chairs: Past President and Treasurer
  • Members: Development Committee Chair and additional members, as necessary, selected by the chair with the approval of the President.
 

 

Tenure:
  • Chairs: terms of office
    Committee Members: one year, but may be re-appointed.
 

 

Qualifications:
  • Commitment to the advancement of the Association. Experience in communications, graphic arts and printing is a plus.
