| Purpose: |
- To edit and publish the Association's online newsletter
|
| Duties: |
- Publish four online newsletters annually.
- Determine appropriate content.
- Solicit and edit articles from CAPFAA members.
- Write content/ articles as needed.
- Upload content via content management application.
- Oversee layout and organization.
- Report progress and issues to Executive Council on monthly basis..
- Prepare a budget for annual operations and account to
the Treasurer for all expenditures with necessary supporting
documentation.

| Membership: |
- Chair (or co-chairs): Appointed by the President.
- Members: At least two committee members (additional as
necessary), selected by the chair with the approval of the
President.

| Tenure: |
- One year, but may be re-appointed.
|

| Qualifications: |
- Interest in and commitment to the purpose of the committee
- Excellent written language ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience as a writer/reporter, editor, or desk-top publisher.
- Management level awareness of the critical issues during
a given year is useful.

the Secretary is responsible for issuing the newsletter
as set out in the Bylaws.)
