CAPFAA Annual Business Meeting

This years lunch will feature a classic, all-American barbecue theme. The charcoal fires will be kept hot, so feel free to heap up your plates more than once! Grill selections include : hamburgers, hot dogs and veggie burgers. And if you're not thrilled with the grillin', try baked seasoned chicken, Barbecued spare ribs or penne pasta w/ marinara sauce. Accompaniments include-but are not limited to: New England Clam Chowder, old-fashioned baked beans, fresh corn on the cob, famous MountainRidge cole slaw and hot apple crisp and ice cream for dessert. And now, to the business at hand..

Don't forget to sign up for activities at the Registration Desk! We'll need to burn off those excess calories. How about tennis (bring your own racquet), indoor golf-putting, darts, ping pong, bocce, volleyball, basketball (3 on 3), horseshoes, softball (bring your own glove), fishing (bring equipment and bait), etc. Dress accordingly!

Charge For Event:

$40 CAPFAA members on or before May 15th.
$50 CAPFAA members after May 15th.

Should you need to cancel your registration, please notify Elizabeth Hook , in writing at the address below. Anyone who registers, but does not attend will be billed the full price. Late registrants will be charged a $10 late payment fee.
