CAPFAA’s 2016 Winter Conference was held at the Ethan Allen Hotel in Danbury, CT December 11th-13th. CAPFAA President Ashley Dutton and the Executive Council expressed appreciation to the entire Winter Conference Committee for their efforts in planning and executing this important event for CAPFAA members. 100% of attendees who completed a post-conference survey expressed that they would attend the conference in 2017.

The Winter Conference Committee thanks those who completed surveys with suggestions for next year. This feedback will be seriously considered as training events are planned for the 2017-2018 year.
