Diversity Committee

PURPOSE
  • To demonstrate CAPFAA’s commitment to professional diversity and inclusion in the financial aid profession.
DUTIES
  • Make recommendations to the CAPFAA Executive Council for best meeting the needs of its diverse membership
MEMBERSHIP
  • Chair (or co-chairs): Appointed by the President
  • Members: Selected by the chair with the approval of the President.
TENURE
  • One year, but may be re-appointed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • The committee members should be a mix of financial aid professionals who are committed to diversity and inclusion within the profession.
