Jim Briggs, AKA “The Tax Detective,” was invited by the CAPFAA Training Committee to lead a workshop for Financial Aid Administrators of all experience levels in the use of federal income tax documentation in the verification process. The two-day event was held February 12 -13th at Quinnipiac University’s North Haven campus. Mr. Briggs is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in the areas of taxes and needs analysis.
