The deadline to submit proposals is October 15, 2015.

In addition to the proposal submission, prospective presenters should:

• Register for the conference as an attendee
• Pay the conference registration fee
• Submit a short bio, no more than six sentences/125 words, to Maribeth Quinn at mquinn@jfkhealth.org.
