Steve McDowell has been in Connecticut’s financial aid community for more than 10 years. As the Director of Financial Aid Services for the Connecticut State Colleges & Universities system, he provides leadership in policy analysis and development, along with legislative and regulatory analysis, and program management to the system’s senior leadership and member institutions. Within its 12 system community colleges, Steve’s department also shares a responsibility for the functional use and development of its ERP financial aid module, creating efficiencies and streamlined processes for college users.

With a new Congress recently taking office and Reauthorization on the horizon, we will hear what these experts have to say about challenges and potential opportunities working in this very new environment.
