Kelly Walker, a recipient of last year’s CAPFAA Scholarship, graduated from Northwestern Connecticut Community College this year. Not only did she graduate (whew), she was the 2015 Class Valedictorian with a perfect 4.0 and a 100% SAP credit completion ratio.
Congratulations to Kelly who has transferred to Central Connecticut State University. What are we going to do without her….???!!!
