• To maximize the membership of the Association

• Prepare an annual membership solicitation process which is designed to maximize renewal of the membership and to attract new members.
• Maintain the processed membership applications.
• Work with the Treasurer to update membership information.
• Work with the Chair of the Electronic Initiatives Committee to update the online member directory.
• Work with the Chair of the Development Committee on retaining current and obtaining new Associate members.
• Prepare and post the annual membership PDF.
• Prepare a budget for annual operations and account to the Treasurer for all expenditures with necessary supporting documentation.
